  • Perform the following during project engagement: understand client’s business requirements, manage full implementation life cycle, configure the payroll solution, demonstrate configurations, and help the client to test the solution

Operations Manager (Enterprise Security Solutions)

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Operations Manager (Enterprise Security Solutions) responsible for the design, deployment, optimisation, knowledge transfer and support of enterprise security solutions. His/her responsibilities are as follows:

  • Manage and lead a team of about 10 Security Consultants and Engineers in daily projects and maintenance support activities
  • Ensure excellent customer service with support from the Service Delivery Officer/Manager

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of team management experience

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager for the telco and ISP sector with responsibilities as follows:

  • Acquire new accounts and work closely with new/existing customers to determine their current and future IT and information security needs
  • Propose suitable products, services and/or upgrades through networking, as well as courtesy and follow-up calls
  • Maintain and manage relationship with clients — being the main point of contact with clients to ensure an optimal level of service
  • Prepare commercial proposals and present them to customers from the lead identification stage to the contract closure and implementation stages
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, tenders, and account management plans. You will also draft contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall IT infrastructure of the organisation’s local and overseas offices

  • Monitor, analyse and prioritise MIS-related requests
  • Manage IT-related projects, IT policies & procedures and IT budget

Systems Engineer (Linux)

Responsibilities
The Systems Engineer (Linux) must be well equipped with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will receive on-the-job training with guidance from the Senior Engineer/IT Manager to be a fully fledged systems engineer experienced in handling Linux servers, networks and firewalls.

  • Implement projects and provide post-sales support for our clients
  • Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of server hardware, OS and applications
  • Provide internal and external customers with Level 2/3 technical support to resolve system-related issues according to the SLA
  • Respond promptly to reported incidents and provide customers with temporary/permanent solutions even after office hours
  • Maintain and develop technical documentation and standard operating procedures

 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Linux environment, including troubleshooting
  • Keen to learn networking and network security

  • Working experience in a telco environment will be an added advantage

 


Project Manager (CRM)

Responsibilities
The Project Manager (CRM) must have extensive CRM/ERP project management experience, which should include overseeing the CRM/ERP implementation life cycle from the early planning stage to post-implementation. Apart from providing professional project management oversight, leadership, and expertise during every phase of CRM/ERP project implementation, you will also be responsible for fostering collaborative and positive working relationships with all the major stakeholders.

 

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in successfully managing CRM/ERP projects over their full implementation life cycle
  • Experience in CRM functional implementation consulting and complex system integration will be an advantage
  • Extensive hands-on project implementation experience

 


Network Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Prepare project plan and technical configuration specifications
  • Ensure network has been configured and set up according to project requirements / specifications
  • Address network issues and provide maintenance for existing clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
  • Certification in CCNA or CCNP is an advantage

Responsibilities
The Program Analyst (CRM) will be part of our service delivery team to serve a diverse group of clients from various industries and countries in the region. He/she will be exposed to work involving diverse technologies.

  • Hands-on development of existing and new business applications and prototypes
  • Work closely with the project lead to propose technical solutions
  • Ensure that solutions are delivered on time and meet required standards

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
  • At least 3 years of working experience in design and development of .Net framework

Security Consultant (Application Security)

Responsibilities
The Security Consultant (Application Security) is responsible for continuous application security assessment approach planning and design and application security assessments involving source code reviews to identify vulnerabilities, analyse false positives and provide recommendations to developers to fix the issues. Training will be provided.

  • Perform information gathering and analysis, as well as design a continuous application security assessment approach to fit the customer’s environment
  • Implement application security assessment tools and processes
  • Liaise with different stakeholders to coordinate application security assessment activities
  • Ensure deployment of quality solutions that are based on best practices and achieve business results required by the customer
  • Perform scanning, analysis and verification to identify recommendations for the developer to fix the issue
  • Prepare assessment report for different audiences
  • Liaise with the developer to interpret the remediation approach and best practice for fixing issues
  • Provide coaching and knowledge transfer for customers to perform routine assessment

 

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in IT or equivalent

Pre-sales Solution Architect

Responsibilities
The Pre-sales Solution Architect is responsible for technical pre-sales support. He/She will work with the sales team in a pre-sales role to develop and demonstrate proposed cyber security solutions, and position them relative to competing products.

  • Work closely with the sales team and other business partners in articulating solutions to customers
  • Proactively scope technical solutions required to address customer requirements, assess customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimise value for both the customer and the company
  • Provide technical consultancy, presentations, demonstrations and advice to customers with regard to technology, network and systems design and methodology
  • Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) for customer
  • Prepare solution proposals
  • Assist and work together with sales team to meet quarterly sales target
  • Support sales team in tendering and bidding process, and ensure tender submission deadlines are met
  • Establish good relationship with the customer
  • Participate in marketing events and work closely with the sales team, vendors and distributors for events organised for sales leads

 

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of pre-sales/consulting experience with in-depth knowledge of cyber security
  • Experience with security applications and appliances
  • Experience in handling telco customers and familiarity with telco/ISP networks
  • Strong business acumen with an interest in keeping up to date with the latest technologies
  • Have excellent interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills

Microsoft Navision Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Support ERP solution for external clients (SMEs and MNCs) — expected to travel to 2–3 sites each day
  • Offer advice on how to optimise the use of Microsoft Navision ERP to meet clients’ business and reporting needs
  • Provide clients with ERP training

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in business-related courses/LCCI/Accounting diploma holders or equivalent (accounting knowledge is preferred)
  • Possess strong interest in IT
  • Possess at least 2 years’ hands-on (includes understanding user requirements, system implementation, data conversion, technical support, end-user training etc.) experience in supporting in-house customised or off-the-shelf accounting software (e.g. MYOB, UBS, QuickBooks, FACT or equivalent) or Navision ERP
  • Able to advise on business workflow/automation

 


Operations Executive

Responsibilities

  • Creating PO/DO/invoice
  • Contracts management — update contract information in system, work with clients to incorporate their requirements in renewal contracts and follow-up
  • Inventory management — input stock items into system and perform weekly stocktake
  • Monitor and report to vendors on sales rebates
  • Monthly training administration (for clients)
  • AR credit control — call client to follow up on payments and issue reminder letter
  • Client management — record/update client details in system (if any)

 

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Sage 300 and accounting is an added advantage
  • Good communication skills and ability to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients is an added advantage
  • Must be a team player

 


Systems Engineer

Responsibilities
The Systems Engineer must be well equipped with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will be trained on the job with guidance from the Senior Engineer/IT Manager to be a fully fledged systems engineer experienced in handling different types of servers, antivirus software and firewalls.

  • Perform IT administration and provide support at office sites of clients from various industries
  • You will be expected to travel to 3 or more sites each day
  • Provide clients with MIS support, including identification of systems gaps and the suggestion of improvements to clients’ systems
  • Involvement in implementation of infrastructure upgrade projects for clients

 

Requirements

  • Candidates with a Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or relevant studies
  • Possession of Microsoft-related certificates such as MCSA or other technical qualifications is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Windows environment, and experience in troubleshooting, configuring servers and email support will be advantageous
